What we do

SocialFollowers.io sells two kinds of service.

• Promotion services. We put your social media profile, post or video in front of more people on networks such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
• Marketing Services. Done-for-you projects such as content, account management and campaigns, carried out by our team and our delivery partners. They are listed in the Marketing Services store.

How orders are delivered

A promotion order needs only a public link, never a password. Delivery starts after payment and is gradual. The estimated time is shown on each service page, and you can follow progress under Track order or in your account.

A Marketing Services order starts once you send the details we ask for. The work is delivered to your account, where you can ask for changes and accept it when it is right.

We are not affiliated with any social network, and we cannot promise a particular result. Counts can change over time; where a service lists refill cover, we top up drops reported within that period.

Payments

Card payments are processed by PayHere and Marx, and cryptocurrency payments by Cryptomus. You can also pay with store credit on your account. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Payments are taken on the payment provider's own secure page, so we do not see or store your card details.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver your order, or deliver only part of it, you choose how the undelivered part is refunded: your money back to the original payment method, or store credit worth 10% more. The Refund Policy has the details.
